I called on Tuesday morning around 11am for a Homeowners quote, gave all my information to a young lady and was told I would get a call back later. By 3:30pm still had not received a call back, I called and asked to speak to the young lady and was sent straight to voice mail. I left a message with my name and phone #. It's now Thursday and still no call back. I understand that things happen, but it would take less then 5 min. to call and say things were taking longer than expected. Bad business and very unprofessional.
