If you are a Hchd gold card patient: good for minor diagnosis such as cold or flu. Many rules are for doctor and patient. As a Patient I am not allowed to make any decisions(without consequence). If I make any mistakes following rules, some of the staff will mistreat me. A few doctors are impatient and nurses have better attitudes when you have some one with you. Its complicated. However, there have been some improvements. They seem to try hard. They also have a relatively pleasant atmosphere.The non medical personnel are ok some better than others. The nurses are very good. Some of the Doctors, however, seem lacking in certain areas.
