I wasn't sure what to expect coming here but it felt like family! The meals are actually GOOD and they don't skimp on portions. It felt like I was housed with family. Special shout out to Liliana! She is an absolute angel

Absolute trash and a direct reflection of EVERYTHING wrong in healthcare in this country. The therapist assigned to me bullied me and other clients and effectively prevented me from getting access to real care until I had to finally meet with a director who then acted as if he was doing me a grand service instead of the literal bare minimum by giving me a separate therapist who I could at least feel safe enough to speak a word too. Staff does not listen to you and now I am having the worse experience trying to get my life back together after being in the OCR program here. I was blessed to only be there a little over a month. Stinks of cigarette smoke.

Was there 7 days, had issues with staff everyday. Discharged early because of it. Highly unprofessional, often times escalated situations rather than deescalate, worsened my depression & anxiety. Was told “if you have outside priorities it’s best you discharge.”
