been in my house 4 years and my floors have had to be replaced 3 other times and needing replaced again. The floors have continued to come apart at the locked edges. We have had 3 different men come in this week and they all agreed the flooring was defective. this has been a ongoing problem going on 4 years now. now they are telling me we must pay for half the costs. they could have did it correct the 1st time it needed to be replaced but they did not remove enough floors and reused some pieces as well. at one point carpet g... read more

Melanie was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me pick out the carpet for 2 of my children's bedrooms. The worked was completed within a weeks time. I will definitely use them again.
