Barely even a customer but the customer service is beyond terrible. They love to interrupt before you can even get your full sentence out. I really wish I could have taken Echo Wireless with us but our new place unfortunately already has a contract through Harris, so here we are already experiencing crap service before even having real service. RecommendedReally good internet, however when you make your payments online make sure you are saving a picture of your confirmation number and a screenshot of your payment through your bank. I’ve had my service disconnected twice because they didn’t apply my payment to my account. Luckily I had proof of the payment. There’s no reason for this, I even put my account number in when making the payment. 🤦🏼♀️ And as someone who does online schooling there is no excuse for it.
Best place to go if you ever want to be treated like you are literally scum. I have never seen a place or business ran so poorly. you would think with the lack of customer service they would make up for it with thier internet but they do not, and God forbid they mess something up because they will blame it on you and then not compensate you for it!
When the guide calls for NFL play off games lets not stick advertisement ads in.

Harris Broadband is going to be the best internet service you can get in town. Good prices and fast internet speeds. However, when you go in to speak with someone or pay your bill, it’s hard to find a friendly face. Receptionists act bothered and put out when asked questions.
Their employee Shaun Norwood posts gift card scams on Facebook then turns off comments.
Best internet in town! We love Harris Broadband and would not go anywhere else. It’s fast and affordable.
