Elliot was so nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and it’s so refreshing to speak to someone in Oklahoma rather than someone in another state or another country. Adam arrived exactly as scheduled for the installation and was very professional, patient and helpful while I asked lots of questions about the best location to install the equipment. Very very nice company to deal with. Highly recommend.
I’ve had Atlink for a little over a year and really love it! The customer service is great and overall they are great! It has literally been through Oklahoma's worst weather and the antenna that was placed on the roof has stayed strong not once failing! I highly recommend!
We are currently on day four of an outage with these guys, and we are hearing nothing but excuses. And that sad considering we have homeschooled children, multiple from home businesses, and other things that we need internet access for daily. We have worked really hard with them over the years to improve our internet in our area and work out all the kinks. I am so happy with AtLink. The installation was very smooth and very professional. The young man that did the install, Trevel did such a good job. Explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend him for work in anyone's home.He's an excellent young man.
The installation technician is super friendly and informative! All around a great experience! He didnt coming and demand where things needed to go but rather asked if ivhad preferences ect ect, never had such friendly customer service like this before!
