baffling how inconsistent they are. struggles with simple tasks such as web loading and VOIP, making us have to use our mobile hotspots half the time. will be switching to OEC soon enough.
We have had atlink for years, gradually gotten worse. For at least the last year we have to call them every couple weeks to have them reset something on their end. This last time they said their equipment at my house is outdated and needed to be replaced. They also wouldn’t come fix it for a week. Then they took it upon themselves to cancel the service call without telling me!
I've had atlink for my internet services for over 11 years. They've gotten increasingly inconsistent. They always seems to be working on the tower I'm connected to and using the internet has gotten slower and slower. I'm going to have to find something else.

Install technician was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
This is the best rural internet company there is. They are all so courteous and helpful. I had a very delicate situation that caused me to be without internet for several months and the office and field staff did everything in their power to provide me with the best internet. If it goes out they always send an email to let me know about the outages and possible tower work. I only refer people to Atlink. my whole family has this internet service and are greatly appreciative of everything they do for their customers.
Service is very slow due to something the tower being broken for several weeks now. Speed is comparable to dialup. I believe we are being throttled to force us to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Going to Starlink.
Courteous personnel and efficient installation Kept us informed through the installation and we mindful of our desires for placement of components.
