Elliot was so nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and it’s so refreshing to speak to someone in Oklahoma rather than someone in another state or another country. Adam arrived exactly as scheduled for the installation and was very professional, patient and helpful while I asked lots of questions about the best location to install the equipment. Very very nice company to deal with. Highly recommend.
We had such a great experience with our technician Theodore. He was super kind, respectful, quick, and got the job done very neatly! We asked for our modem to be placed behind our tv that’s hung up, and he did it more than happily! I also had a great experience over the phone with Elliot who got us signed up and scheduled! He was very nice and kind as well!
The installer and supervisor demonstrated great professionalism. They were happy to answer all my questions and took the time to ensure the installation met my satisfaction. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating my requests for specific device placement and addressing my cable management concerns expertly. They were courteous throughout the process, and I truly appreciate their hard work.

Justin, the technician, was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is great and the signal seems to be strong.
