**UPDATE 12/15** Sent Harris an email on 12/9 as instructed. I haven’t been contacted or even replied to by anyone. Totally unprofessional. My boss purchased a brand new Harris Sunliner Tritoon this summer and I had the pleasure of being able to use the boat during the season. My only complaint is the captains chair. **UPDATE** The warranty department told me that the case is closed, to stop being a cry baby, and to suck it up. That there is nothing they can do. This has been handled totally unprofessionally, as this is also a safety issue. When a wave hits the boat while the captains hand is on the throttle it can surge it forwards or backwards. For a brand new boat purchase a small chair warranty should not be this complicated. I love my Harris boat. It is the best made boat I have ever had. I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a pontoon.
I have had my Harris boat for 3 years. F channel around the edge of boat is discolored and paint is pealing off. They told me it isn't covered in their ten year materials & workmanship warranty....obviously the materials suck. DO NOT BUY Harris if they wont cover what they promised.
