i purchased new tires for my jeep grand Cherokee in ia. to drive to Memphis Tennessee for my brothers funeral, when noticed my rear tire was vibrating on the interstate,I pulled saw my rear driver's side wheel was missing two studs,made it to his shop,the owner, his wife had a tech look it over and found out that the dealer I purchased the tires never torqued the lugs,they installed the lugs by hand, we could have died that day....wasn't able to do the repairs the night but finished the work the very next day, and found a ca... read more
