Well Harris is a busy guy. He has loads of people stopping in just to ask technical questions and not giving him any business. I understand that that can be annoying and eat up much of his valuable time. I recommend looking up things online before bothering him.
This guy knows his stuff. Listen to what he tells you and nod your head in agreement. Then pay him.
Called Harris Auto Electric based on mostly great reviews, I always start by saying hey how are you today, always get chipper people until calling here couple days ago, where the guy responded with a rude “I’m Fine”. Okay so perhaps a rough day? I proceed to explain the electrical issue and before I even finish he says I’m booked up 2 weeks in advance I’m not helping you then hung up the phone, I have no issue waiting 2 weeks but that’s just extremely unprofessional, Didn’t Offer to book me in or anything… Having a bad day i... read more
I came to Les to get my car electrical fixed. He was condescending and rude to me and made me feel really unwelcome. I will never go back to this shop. Take your business elsewhere.
