DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER, Jennifer Rennia owner of Harris Appraisals. I live in a condominium in a 3 bedroom townhouse. She appraised my home at the same value as the "lowest" sale of all 2 bdrm townhouses sold recently in the complex (2 bdrms are much smaller in sqft and lot than the 3 bedrooms). During the same time they sold a 3 bdrm identical to mine 40% higher than her estimate of our home. And ours had been completely remodeled.
