Harrington & Sons exceeded my expectations. There were no surprises. The staff was very professional. From signing the contract to completion was faster than expected. We would definitly recommend using Harrington for a roof replacement.
Harrington does not stand by their word. But thank you for the new roof in Boynton Beach, Florida. Your company policy promotes a $500 referral gift for bringing in more business with another customer, and does not follow through. Numerous calls to HQ on this matter--so many calls!-and 4-5 months later, still no check in the mail. 'We stand by our word." No you don't.
I can’t say enough about working with Harrington and Sons for my re-roofing. From start to finish every step was professional, quality workmanship, great customer service. No regrets at all for choosing this great outfit. My 25 year old home feels brand new.
