Complete miscommunication by doctors every time I go there. I’m not a complainer or a review person but I’ve walked out of that doctors office disappointed more times than not. Both doctors I have never check results or even care to discuss them. It’s almost like you have to suggest things yourself to even get anything done. I switched pcps because I was left in the room for 45 minutes and was told by the doctor “oh you’re still here” you’re all set to go I’m sorry. I was told I could get a referral for a covid test one day, and then next day following up, I'm told they no longer do referrals? Is this a joke?
The Harrington Health Care system is a joke. The care they provide is un-exceptional at best and yet, they never seem to have a problem sending more and more bills with little to no explanation. Their billing practices seem predatory, but what is one to do when health care options are so few.
If I could give a 0 I would. This office never handles their responsibilities and does it at the expense of their patients. Waiting days for prescriptions to be called in or properly prescribed, making promises to get things done and then never do. This place is awful. I would never recommend for anyone to have this as their pcp, their negligence will probably kill someone.
