I got here to the lab at 6:45 am to get some important bloodwork done after fasting for 24 hours. the lab tech and the front desk person strolled in 15 minutes late while a line of people waited at the door. we are all now late for work. i am disgusted. if you open at 6:45 get there on time.
Complete miscommunication by doctors every time I go there. I’m not a complainer or a review person but I’ve walked out of that doctors office disappointed more times than not. Both doctors I have never check results or even care to discuss them. It’s almost like you have to suggest things yourself to even get anything done. I switched pcps because I was left in the room for 45 minutes and was told by the doctor “oh you’re still here” you’re all set to go I’m sorry. I was told I could get a referral for a covid test one day, and then next day following up, I'm told they no longer do referrals? Is this a joke?
The Harrington Health Care system is a joke. The care they provide is un-exceptional at best and yet, they never seem to have a problem sending more and more bills with little to no explanation. Their billing practices seem predatory, but what is one to do when health care options are so few.
