I am a low income customer that signed a contract/ budget plan with this company for the 2014-2015 winter season. Unfortunately,I locked in at $3.49 and oil ended up being almost $1.00 less per gallon that year. Needless to say, I opted not to enter into a contract for the 2015-2016 season (as the lock in price they were offering was $2.79) so glad I opted not too.
