I've been going here for the last 9 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The Dr's are amazing. I've had plenty of Dr's in the past and they treat you like a number. No actual talking to you or even knowing exactly who you are. But at this place the Dr's actually get to know YOU not just the health records. They take the time to listen to you and fully understand what your there for or even more.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. Yesterday, I received a call at 11:30 AM confirming my appointment for 3:15 PM, despite the snowy conditions. To my surprise, the office closed without any notice, and I was not informed that my appointment had been canceled. This morning, I received an email emphasizing the importance of canceling appointments due to the doctor's valuable time. While I understand that the doctor's time is valuable, so is mine. This office does NOT have Urgent Care. They have two providers from Harrington that come here twice a week - Cardiology and OB/GYN ONLY! The other office is Primary Care ONLY and it is UMASS. Please stop coming here for Urgent Care.
