My husband and I brought our 4 year old to Charlton Harrington/Umass yesterday 2/11/2025 because UMass Southbridge butchered our daughters arm when they tried to take blood, so thought Charlton would be better for our Liam. Good parking and now long waits. Friendly
After my mother had a very bad fall she was put in two different rehabs and UMass Hospital. Her experience with all of them was absolutely horrific. She ended up with a stage 4 wound for pressure. because nobody even checked her or bathed or rehab her. When I took her home the second day. I bathed her and found she had a four-stage pressure wound that nobody reported. Because they never bothered with her. But I got her to the wound clinic in Charlton. Harrington is terrible. PCPs don't stay with the practice, and there is no follow through. The last MD billed for twice visits during a routine physical where I didn't even have a complete set of labs done. After fighting the bill with the office last year, the bills stopped coming but started back up again in May 2024. This was 14 months after the physical appointment.
