Absolutely terrible customer service. They still owe me $300 because they wrote the check out wrong...this was almost two months ago. I called Corey and he goes "Remind me again, what is this about..?" after I've been hounding them for two months. I got heated (uh...rightfully so) and he hung up on me. never renting again and telling everyone.
I have nothing good to say about this company. The photo I posted gives me another reason to never recommend them to anyone. No people skills, no consideration, and no professionalism. I’ve never in my life had to deal with rental companies that are as rude as Harrington & Co.

Called about a 2 bedroom 1 bath home that KAYLYN HOBBS had listed with her. Waited to see this house 902 Washington Rd Newton KS for over a week, she tried to reschedule with us the day of our appt with her for almost a week later and then decided to send her assistant. Filled out app and paid the $25 app fee on Monday was told it would stay open till Friday and then she would be calling to let me know if we were picked for the house.
