In 2021 I had replaced all my solar panels for my swimming pool, was told, have 10 years warranty. I replaced 7 panels, about $6000 One of my solar panels is constantly leaking, have leaking since Harrimans replaced it, I call service twice a year on it. Now they are telling me, that all my seven panels not on the warranty, bc tubing( connection) came loose after storm. Called to get an estimate on Dec 17th and I still haven’t received it. Called and followed up several times and still no estimate. Unacceptable, especially considering I had two companies provide an estimate within ONE DAY.
BEWARE OF POOR CUSTONER SERVICE AND SERVICE MANAGER! Felt we needed to make folks aware of our service experience(s)with Harrimans. While their install went well, we later had an issue with their attach point(s) on our tile roof. Their service manager was extremely rude and blamed the roof install. Checked with city and roofer who both said our roof install was proper and the attach point of the solar was the issue. We ended up paying both the roofer and Harrimans for the repair.
