My mother has been living in Harriman Woods for more than 10 years. She states "I have no complaints and give the complex 5 stars. When I first moved in the dishwasher went, it was replaced the next day. Twice my bathroom has flooded due to issues from the apartment above and both times it was completely done over in recorded time. Whenever I call with a problem it is remedied. I have been a tenant at Harriman Woods Apartments since 2017. I enjoy living here very much. I have always been satisfied with the level of service and quality of workmanship that I’ve received here. I needed an upgrade on my bathroom faucet and shower head and the service visits were prompt and professional. I have always had good service when I needed something. DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is a scam. They start you with a cheap rent and then then raise it 100-125 dollars a year. But DO ZERO UPGRADES. 7 years… no paint, no fixing of anything. Washers and dryers still take QUARTERS! Ha! They steal your quarters and you lose money over and over because of it. The maintenance manager lol thinks he is the owner… no animals allowed but has 2 dogs that he constantly walks around the complex. Uses the same laundry room so if allergic, BEWARE.
