DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is a scam. They start you with a cheap rent and then then raise it 100-125 dollars a year. But DO ZERO UPGRADES. 7 years… no paint, no fixing of anything. Washers and dryers still take QUARTERS! Ha! They steal your quarters and you lose money over and over because of it. The maintenance manager lol thinks he is the owner… no animals allowed but has 2 dogs that he constantly walks around the complex. Uses the same laundry room so if allergic, BEWARE. Awful. Trust the reviews and move else-wear
I lived there in my first apt for 10 years and then the second for 20 of which carpets never replace Shampooed 2 times painted apt once ( only living room dining area, kitchen and hallway never touched either bedrooms or half bath). Supers were great in the beginning but after the end he was vindictive with no support to resident from Kent management.
