I ordered seven items snail mail w a check back in September and received three of them, after three phone calls with a very bad connection to people who don’t speak English n appeared to understand nothing ... each call I was transferred 3-4 times then disconnected! I got the Better Business Bureau involved, not once but twice, before I was issued a $65 refund check! This is my LAST order to HC ... I have purchased from them since mid 70s😡
Be not talking people money when you were told that a item was not good enough to send out and it was canceled but you go in my account anyway no I don’t like that at all
items that they advertise in their catalogs are not in stock. they promise when you order to get your items within something like 7 days offer free shipping supposedly as a item on your catalog. multiple credit card charges. their website when you log in from your phone does not show you what you're getting charged for the items shipping and taxes. all in all I'm just not at all happy with their product lineup customer service website shipping handling of backorders the number of times they charge your credit card
I was promised a 10% discount if I signed up for email ads. I signed up, got code, entered code, got a message that said code was applied, ended up paying same amount as before the supposed discount. I don't like being deceived. If you say I get a discount, I expect to get a discount.

I will never order from this company again. The product I ordered was a Total Body Exerciser. It was so rickety and cheaply made and crumbled with the first use. I called and went through all the proper procedures for a refund and mailed the product back 2 weeks ago and they are still trying to tell me they haven’t received it back yet and issued my refund.
That's unfortunate because everything I have ever ordered from HC has been of superb quality and I've received it on time and when I have had to return an item (one time) because I ordered wrong item, I've had NO problems. It's just unfortunate that these circumstances arose. HC has been a blessing to me and my family.
