I could not use my shower (semi-emergency). Called him on a Sunday evening. Said that he was a little short-handed, but that he'd come out Monday afternoon -- which worked for me because I could go to work for a half-day. Called him on Monday afternoon just to check in; he said that was working on a job but that he'd be there. Asked him point-blank if he was still coming that day. He said yes.
