Richard M Harrell Did not take my pain in my hands and wrist seriously. He was rude, patronizing, arrogant and hateful. He tried to tell me that my carpal tunnel was non existent and I was making it up. He told me to go home and take Aleve or ibuprofen, refused to run a single nerve test and told me to find another dr because he wouldn’t treat me.
Dr Harell or Dr Richard whichever his name arrogant and patronizing. Basically didn't even listen to the mri results that i brought with me. Claiming what the radiologist called a tear in my rotator was tendinitis. Gave me PT which I have already done with no success and I informed him of. I have been in daily pain for at least a year and he says take an ALEVE. I had an appointment on November 22nd at the orthopedic clinic located in Ochsner LSU Vicking rd. I want to start by identifying that I am an active military service member and my PCM on base put a referral to see orthopedic in which Tricare approved an authorization for me to see and be examined Dr. Harrell Richard not his PA Timothy Savoie. Excellent care on my brother in laws knee. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful surgeon. Highly recommend him.
