This place let this tenant name Arron Young keep the property nasty, fifty etc and discussing. His rent never goes up.
This company treats the community bad. They let certain tenants break the lease. That's not fair to other tenants.
We have been going back and forth with this company and Bruce Harrell trying to get this company to make this Tenant Arron Young to what he supposed to do on his lease. Never raised his rent, the property is nasty and the trees need to be trim etc. And we keep trying to get this resolved.
Very rude people and huge liars. There is no service responsibility at all. They left me alone with their hose problems. After few months I had a mice issue at their house and they didn’t take care of it. I had to pay out of my pocket for mice inspection and pest control treatment. Management told me that, before I moved in I saw their house and accepted as it is. So they didn’t took an action with my problems at all.
