Very bad experience for what should have been an easy case. Would give zero stars if possible. In my experience, this attorney was very eager to take the money for a case but no follow up afterwards. I did not feel that he fought for me as a client. Fired him since nothing was being done on my case after a month. When I requested a refund, I was given a check that I had many problems trying to cash. Had to call the police to help rectify the situation.
Mr. Harrell was my attorney for an injury case. He did not fight for me. He did not subpoena anyone, although there were witnesses. He also didn't even attempt to get my doctor to testify at the deposition. He sent me to a quack doctor friend of his that testified my PERMANENT hip and back injuries wouldn't cost over $10,000 for the rest of my life. My first year's medical bills were $30,000!! Just one of the procedures I require every 6 months is over $5,000. I'm unable to get the pain relieving procedures due to Mr. Harrel... read more
This is my second time using the services of Mr. Harrell, as he went above and beyond the first time.Even though I was not a big, potentially lucrative client, he helped me take care of a big problem, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He cared about my problem, and professionally, and efficiently got the result I needed. I am back for the second time, having him draw up legal papers for me.
