Russ did a wonderful job inspecting our house. He was very thorough and took the time to walk us through his process and explain everything he found. His report was great and all the pictures were very helpful. We definitely would recommend him!
Russ was fantastic! He was able to fit me in with just a few days’ notice, is very professional, was communicative ahead of the appointment with updates and what was needed, and I really appreciate how thorough he was in the inspection and explaining everything to me. He was very quick to get the report written up and sent to us, while still being incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend Russ and would book him for future inspections!!
Russ is an incredibly thorough home inspector, I highly recommend him and will absolutely use him again if the need arises. In addition to a comprehensive inspection that includes an extensive report with the major points summarized together, he also encourages the seller to be present for the entire inspection where he explains how to use and maintain every appliance in the home, including kitchen, water, HVAC, garage door, sprinkler system… everything.
Russ was extremely communicative, thorough, and friendly. He explained exactly what he was checking, what he found, and what that meant. He was extremely knowledgeable of building trends and codes across decades, what appropriate building practices were for various times, and how to spot good or bad craftsmanship. His report was extremely thorough with clear articulation and good pictures. I would thoroughly recommend Russ for any inspection.
