Went to firm to ask for assistance with Veterans appeal. . It was clear to me that our little claim of maybe 80,000 was not as important as their 1.8 million of award.. all we asked for was a letter to be sent to VA concerning mail being sent to wrong place.. the staff were rude, asked to speak with Renee Harrell she wouldn't take call or didn't care don't know.. Veterans unless you have a lot of money award beware. It's sad. We can't depend on anyone to help or be aggressive in these matters.. or we not important?
