I've been with Dr Butler for years and have always experienced excellent care. He's great at explaining every step and will take time to answer questions when I have them. I don't understand the one-star reviews. Perhaps they meant a different Dr. Butler?
I saw Dr. Butler for years. His bedside manor is poor (he never knocks before entering the room and doesn't greet patients in a kind, compassionate way); his communication style is terrible (he doesn't explain things clearly with layperson term or give options to patients about their care, and he runs his words so bad that I nearly always had to ask him to repeat what he said). His treatment plan was not acceptable either. I finally had enough and
I've been visiting Dr. Butler for years and would highly recommend him.

I've been using Dr. Butler for 5 years and he has always been upbeat Dr. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He is constant with his concerns and easy to talk to. He goes over your health record to be sure you are up to date on test, and labs for your insurance request. I give him a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

I'm not sure if I met Dr. Butler on a bad day, but he was rude, unsympathetic and curt during my appointment today. As an individual with two chronic diseases who has experienced countless medical appointments since childhood, I have rarely found a doctor to be so rude. Patients should be treated with more respect and empathy. I will not be returning to this clinic.
I've gone to Dr Butler for years, of course only when I need to. But he's always done me right! I like his professionalism and bedside manner. I've moved away and come back, and keep going back to him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Butler's since 2004 & I find him to be professional & caring. He always takes the time required to explain any issues are treatments. The staff at the ARC office is also very polite and helpful
