Find Someone Else to Work on Your Furnace – I had a furnace repairman from Harrah Plumbing and Heating come to my house in 2003. The repairman spent 2 hours trying to diagnose my problem. It was clear that he didn't have a clue. He spent most of the time on his cell phone. I later received a bill for $120. When I called to complain, I was told that I did not have to pay.
