Had a little trouble with website, so I called and spoke to Jeff and ordered though him cause I thought it would the best way.. So when I received my order , he placed the order wrong and when I called back to address the issue, they was not willing to fixing it and wanting to charge me for there mess up.. live and learn..
Updated review.. their website was a little confusing and I couldn’t find a tarp system for a smaller dump trailer, but after calling, they answered every question I had and was super helpful. They definitely seem like they care about their customers and their products! Highly recommend these people if you need anything done do your truck or trailer for typing system?
Worst customer service I ever seen
I watched an advertisement for this company where they were saying that they had these arms available for dump trailers but after going on their website and searching, there’s nothing on their website pertaining to dump trailers. It’s only rolloffs, dump trucks, but no dump trailer so just a waste of my time Due to false advertising..
