I am very disappointed to learn that the Norwood office is closing. I have been going here since before they were Harper’s Point. The only way that I know this is because I had to pick up my glasses and saw a notice taped to the window. The professional thing to do is to reach out to the patients either through text, email or phone call to notify them that they were closing the Norwood office. They also informed me that they would not be taking Medicaid at the Montgomery office anymore.
I had called and stopped by to see if they would have fixed my glasses and the lady at the front desk was rude then tried to accuse me of breaking my glasses. Now the old me would have cuss her and I would have acted a fool but I didn’t. You guys just lost me as a patient.
I wasn’t even able to attend my appointment because the doctor just quit. They called me a few days before my appointment and canceled it without any compensation and a reschedule. I will not be attending any Harper’s Point Eye offices because of this. Very unprofessional and I suggest others to take their business elsewhere!
