We have an HVAC problem, our ceiling was leaking since July. There was a mold noted at some part. The duct is visibly brown and has been dripping on and off for the past two months. It is now almost end of September and we still see no one, no update, no timeline on when it will get fix. I tried to call several people, it is almost always going to voicemail.
