Harper is amazing I’m so proud when I see HHC on the amazing salon building. Everyone in the salon is amazing, always greeted with a refreshing drink and amazing customer service! Not to mention my curls have never been better! Thank you harper and team !
I inquired on their curly hair services. There shop looks fantastic, bright and open space!, the staff/owners were very responsive when I sent an email about there services. Thier prices that were quoted on their website seemed to be very reasonable for the styling that they do! Anyone who does inquire to Harpers Culture(which is a wonderful name!) even though I just inquired, others should either inquire or make an appointment.
