Very happy with work. Mike has been helpful and responsive.
Terribly managed company... The owner is an accountant, not an electrician so it's ran that way. Manager attempted to blame me for his failed design despite me telling him multiple times of the cheaper alternatives. Also spoke terribly of apprentices and other colleagues. I quit on the spot, I was not sacked or made redundant. despite what the below comment states. I work in the mining industry and make four times what Harper's tried to pay me.
