Dr. Harper is nice and her staff is good, but they have some technical issues that make it harder for me to get the referrals they need under my insurance.
Great experience. I had never been to an eye specialist. Dr. Harper listened to all my concerns and did not rush with my exam. Thank you, Dr. Harper.
My husband has not been to Dr. Harper in at least 6 years.. she screwed up his cataract surgery by putting his lens a milimeter off .. he still suffers to this day and her reason was his brain is not recognizing the lens .. she wanted to give him glasses with a black lens in the eye that had the surgery and his regular prescription in the other eye .. she admitted to her assistant in her office that she screwed up but I had to over hear that conversation and she did not have the professionalism to tell me ..so far I have tol... read more
