I purchased a pontoon trailer from harper trailers and recently discovered holes drilled into the axle tubes. These holes, per ******* Harper, were for the installation of brake lines. I ordered my trailer without brakes so both of my axles have two holes in them which allow water to enter the axles and rust them on the inside. ******* stated that he didn't build the trailer so I would need to contact the trailer fabricator who told me I would need to contact the axle manufacturer.
