Today I learned my mother was fired from HTFH because she didn't put a customer on hold when speaking to the director. My mother has been a greeter there for the last 6 years. A few weeks ago she was told she would be fired if she did not work a hotrod show. (They obviously found another way) She is 76 years old, makes coffee, makes, cookies, and directs you to your loved ones. Everyone in town knows who she is. Our loving father passed unexpectedly on October 18, 2016. We are a very close family but despite that we were not prepared for my father's funeral planning. From the moment, we called Sabrina to inquire about service options and planning we were immediately assisted with patience, compassion and understanding. People please know that Sabrina Young is the most amazing person ,She saw me at my lowest when I lost my mother,she helped me so much and made sure i did what I was supposed do,I could not have done it without her ,,I highly recommend her and Harper-Talesek
I cannot say enough on how the staff at Harper Talasek helped us planning my mothers funeral. Sabrina and Juanita were always there to answer any questions and very sincere and professional through the whole time. It was a true blessing to have them guide us through all that needed to be done. I have to say this company treated us the same way when we buried my dad 25 years ago. All of the staff at Harper Talasek were amazing. I must give special thanks to the director Sabrina. She was a true God send. She was very cuetious and professional when I had to plan for services for my daughter. I can't thank you guys enough. I would recomend harper talasek to anyone who is in need of funeral services.
