The other review from "riv" is all true. This place 1 1/2 yrs ago had 40% vacancy rate & sold to new owners. The poorly trained staff in office only care about their review bonus for keeping place filled, & the cost of repairs down. I have complained rarely about outdated, or broken things, choosing to fix them/replace myself. Out of the 3 maintenace guys/girl they have, only one really knows what hes doing, but he is rewarded for just half assing jobs instead of replacing parts/units from the 70's & telling tenants that the... read more
I’ve lived here for two years. I really like my apartment - it’s very quiet and bedroom is large - I have a complete bedroom set and can still walk around my bed. Tammy in the office is so sweet. She always greets me by name and whenever I’ve come to her with a problem she’s addressed it right away. The city put in new walkways out front and down the main drive, and Waterview did a lot of work here this summer on the parking lots too. Once they fix the grass it will look great!!
Love my apartment and the staff has been great. Marge is helpful anytime I call or stop in office to pay my rent. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, the repair guy comes out same day or next day. When my a/c quit working on a Saturday they even sent someone to fix same day! Pool is clean and I really enjoyed using it on my days off this summer... I only wish they had kept it open a few extra days past Labor Day when it was so hot out...
If you want do not want to be yelled at or hung up on, this is not the place for you... Keep looking!
I love ma Candice. Ive been going through so much for the last 30days mentally and she's everything anybody would want to be around to have a lifted spirit. She's about her job but she loves her residents as well. She honest and don't cut no corners at all. And if you're looking for some where to live and a trust worthy landlord come to Webster court ms Candice is the best.
My dad moved into this community about 9 months ago. He is so happy we found this apartment for him. Whenever we visit the hallways are clean and its sooo quiet. We are happy for him.
Small community but I feel very safe living here. Large apartment size, I continue to stay because I have not found a better deal for the space and price. It's close to everything. I like it!

I have lived here sense 2010 with my wife every year the rent goes up $15.00 and they say it is to improve the park have not seen any improvements at all there are homes in here with boarded windows in the park they told me that i needed to remove one of my sheds and in the process of doing that they told me i needed to clean up my yard it was from me having to remove the shed and i was doing that went to the storage place for my utility trailer and it had gotten moved and the lights busted and they told me that it was not t... read more
