This family of UC Bearcat Alumni live from one corner of Ohio in the north to the opposite corner in Cincinnati. A little over a year ago we found a 5 story house in Mount Adams for the purpose of gathering as a family and making memories in the city that is so special to us. Was very open and flexible with all the changes we made during the project. Very pleased with the outcome.
The contractor kept changing the schedule without informing us. We had to take days off work, and they never showed up when they promised. Totally unreliable and unorganized.
Their crew left nails and debris all over my yard and driveway. I ended up with a flat tire because of their negligence. If they can’t handle cleanup, how can anyone trust their roofing work?
After paying them in full, they disappeared and never came back to finish the small details they left incomplete. It feels like they just took the money and ran.
