Never answers the phone or calls back.
I totally wish there was a zero star option.. we paid an application fee and even got a showing of a house. But now we want to move forward there is no communication.. no one answers when we call, no calls are returned, no emails are replied to, even sent a message on their website.. nothing.. my opinion... I feel like I was scammed!! If you can avoid dealing with these people, avoid them for your sanity..
Awesome
Everytime I went there they closed and called no answer or returned calls I'm not sure they still in business but they have a website go figure.
The best company to work with. If you are in need of a home, Harper will give you that opportunity. I have refered several friends who have been living in their units for a long period of time. Maintenance has improved.
