Not responsive to requests and unprofessional. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for property management services.
Layers and layers of bureaucracy. As a property owner, I don't believe I've ever been able since working with them in 2016 to elevate anything to upper management or have a conversation with upper management. Everything is mediated through one POC. The last tenant and how things were handled is, in my opinion and experience, an epic disaster.
Awful experience that we are currently having with this management, I decided not to listen to the bad reviews they have especially about Erica, we been a homeowners for 7 years and we are selling our house to build in our land but meanwhile we need to rent a house, we have enough income and I sent the checks that my husband gets every week, I sent the bank statements but they were from the begging of the month and we have more money than what the statements says of course because it’s from last month and the new one hasn’t ... read more
READ YOUR LEASE! You may be compromising your family’s safety, and not know it . We are a retired military family, and we have moved around for 25 years. I will admit that we did scan the lease before signing. BIG Mistake! We are now 30 days from leaving our rental home and for the first time in over 20 years of relocating, Per our lease a lockbox is going on our occupied rental. Poor communication. After initial contact with Erica. She advised she would call me back and she wouldn’t. I had to call back. Then it got to a point where I felt she was screening our calls and after several voicemails. Still no call back. I spoke with someone else she said she’d send her an email and after that we were only being contacted via email. Erica advised Tesla charger could be installed at our expense. Pets were allowed.
