Well I wish to thank Sharon at the Mandurah branch of Harper Optical for her understanding of my situation which I had to return the sunglasses for the time being Her knowledge of glasses is excellent I'll be back

Bought a Miu Miu shade on 2 nd December and after few hours, the screw was loose.. Went back to the store, and the lady sales person was so polite and helpful and asked the other make assist to tighten the screw.. I did not like his attitude and the reasons provided for the loosened screw after paying a hefty amount.. Again I visited the store with the same loosened screw today, while the lady staff recognised me immediately and mentioned the screw should be replaced as this is the 2 nd visit, the male staff simply ignored h... read more
