Bought a Miu Miu shade on 2 nd December and after few hours, the screw was loose.. Went back to the store, and the lady sales person was so polite and helpful and asked the other make assist to tighten the screw.. I did not like his attitude and the reasons provided for the loosened screw after paying a hefty amount.. Again I visited the store with the same loosened screw today, while the lady staff recognised me immediately and mentioned the screw should be replaced as this is the 2 nd visit, the male staff simply ignored h... read more

One of the screws fell out of my very expensive Sunglasses onto the escalator and vanished. It was replaced in store, the other one tightened and my glasses cleaned (which I didn't realise until I left!) with no charge as a service they provide. Super friendly staff that provide honest service, definitely coming back for my next eye exam!
