Been coming to Harper even before it was Harper and it was always ok but lately it has been very questionable, the service is rushed and the attitude is a lot. Today we showed up right at open time and the lady opening the door just had an ugly attitude, she asked “what we want?” …. Etc. Highly disappointed that us coming over for over 7 years meeting everyone and all of this to come to an end for me. Good luck with that lack of customer service and unnecessary attitude.

My pedicure didn’t include polish and the cost was $65. I would hope for that price it would be at least an hour, but I was in and out in 37 minutes.

I want to love this place…. It’s located in a very convenient area and seems relatively clean but every time I go there for a pedicure I always come out either cut up or terrible polish job. I cannot remember a time where I did not get a bad cut from them cutting my cuticles, I am surprised that I have gotten infected by now. They also charge you a dollar fee to use your credit card (even debt card) so you’re forced to use Venmo.

The staff was super rude!!! They didn’t give me the time of day. They didn’t even care about wanting my business.
