Made an appointment week and a half out to get vehicle looked at .... Morning of 8 am appointment wife verified Harper was ready 4 me to come up there. They told my wife "Come on, We're ready" SURPRISE... 2 3/4 ton trucks worth 80k+ "walk-ins" with Grambling Tags there along with a National Guard van. I walk to lobby to wait because you know "they will honor a appointment made a week and half before"..right? Harper moters is the worst dealership, i have ever done business with, May 30th I filed a insurance claim for flood damage, progressive came out, an had it towed to Harper’s for repairs, they fixed a fuse block and called me an told me they would have to repair the starter, i didnt have the money for repairs at the time, so I towed the car home, got home and looked under the hood of my car, all of my coil packs and spark plugs, engine cover where sitting on top of motor not connected, or put back together, Harper Moters came... read more
