i would give them 0 starts if i could. all through the hallways you’ll hear people yelling for help because buzzing the button does nothing. we waited over an hour and there were STILL no help in the room to move my grandma over, as im writing this im still hearing an elderly lady cry out for help.
The physical therapy department is fantastic. Love the nursing and CNA staff. The house doctor, best ever. Unfortunately, the facility itself needs updating and the food is horrible.
