stay away i purchased a unit 5 years ago nothing but problems never cooled or heated properly also unit under house installed crooked .harper will not come out when called for service,i called the comfort maker company unit has a 10 year no hassle warranty the company wont answer or help a friend of mine used harper also found out he also has similar problems be cautious a $9.000.00 mistake stick with the big companies
