They can’t even justify the rent of this place anymore. I couldn’t possibly understand why the word luxury would be anywhere on the website. Not only have they allowed in low quality tenants who run down and destroy the property. The quality of EVERYTHING, the carpets, the blinds, the paint, etc. is absolute trash, getting your security deposit back would be impossible with light use. I thought maintenance was incompetent at first, but it’s almost impossible for anyone to keep up with the amount of faults in the apartments. ... read more
This place is a mini slum. Rats and roaches .
Poor repairs by contractors and maintenance does not care. That explains another reason why there is a high turnover with tenants for the property
