My best friend and i had found a wonderful mobile home for sale in the Avon park with a great lot. Things were all set with the seller. Things fell apart applying to the park. I spoke with the office to explain our credit was poor (credit card debt under 2000). No evictions, bankruptcies etc. However we were willing to pay a years worth of lot rent up front.
