Dr. Poonam Merai is my doctor in this practice. She is a wonderful listener, very empathetic, and kind. I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes for a response and usually, within 15 minutes. She has recommended excellent colleagues when I have needed medical care outside of her office. My yearly exams have been thorough and it has never felt rushed. I am in very good hands.
