Customer service need some big improvements here. Virginia appears to be dishonest. Everybody points fingers that everybody else. They're going to take money from you one way or another, And they don't know how to communicate. Avoid at all costs
I have had a terrible experience with the builder. Our lawn was dead by the time we closed and the builder did not take accountability for this issue. Additionally, we had mice in our home and the builder is not responsive. Southern Homes prides itself in customer satisfaction but my experience has been the complete opposite. I have already reached out to customer service and even spoke to a manager who made empty promises. I am extremely disappointed that Southern Homes doesn't consider MICE to be an issue in their new home... read more
I've been in my new home for a little over a month and I love it!! Southern homes not only helped make buying/building my home possible they we always there to answer questions. The builder Brad called every Friday and kept me updated on everything going on with my house and even finished months early! The warranty team is just as amazing.
