Ghosted our department right before our huge event. We were told our name tags would be delivered before the event. When we asked for confirmations and proofs of what the name tags would look like, they stopped responding.

I just wanted to thank Pete and everyone at Harper Engraving! A Member attorney at my firm needed business cards to promote our new office location at the derby events, tomorrow. Our normal printer cannot produce the raised lettering we need in-house and would have needed a week notice. I called Pete on Monday, and had the cards in hand Thursday morning.
