Excellent Builder They probably have all the business they can handle with all the hurricanes, but Mr. Harper himself came out to give an estimate on an addition we wanted for our home. We had inspected several homes in progress in our area and we were impressed with the quality of workmanship. They do carports,screen rooms and remodeling in addition to new custom homes.
